We are looking for an experienced counsellor and supervisor with energy, enthusiasm and passion to become our next Head of Counselling. You will support our team of counsellors, supervisors and counsellors in training. You will also have some management responsibility for staff and work collaboratively with other members of the Management Team in the day to day running and the strategic development of the organisation.
Candidates should be qualified to Diploma level (NQF level 5 or above) with at least 5 years post qualification experience, a recognised qualification in Counselling Supervision (NQF level 6 or above). Previous management experience, particularly in a voluntary setting is desirable. It is an occupational requirement that the holder of this position is a Christian.
Salary: £27,000 pa pro rata; 18.75 hours per week
