Hello, my name is Atreyee and I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist, here to help you address your sensitive issues. I offer a safe and secure environment for you to talk through your problems and challenges which may help you to find a solution. I work mainly with adults and help individuals or couples on a long or short term basis.
I offer IPT (interpersonal psychotherapy) which is a therapeutic treatment for depression. It is a time-limited evidence based therapy, that allows you to work through your depression based on your relationship with yourself and others. For more information please feel free to contact me.
I also integrate the other forms of my training such as psychology, hypnotherapy and spirituality into the work I do which has shown to enrich my clients' progress.
