Building on 30 years experience working with children and parents in schools, I began counselling and physical health care training nearly two decades ago, leading to diplomas in CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), Emotional Therapeutic Therapy, and a degree in Herbal Medicine. In addition , building on these qualifications, I have continued my studies and research to increase my understanding of the connections between mental, emotional and physical health.
These connections are becoming more obvious and relevant especially in the context of our shared lived experience over the last two years. I can help you modify, adapt, adjust your beliefs, your values, your perception of today to meet your realistic outcomes.
