Asking for help can be very difficult, especially at a time when you may be feeling very vulnerable. Know that you are in control and that any talk support journey that you embark upon should be led by you. I work on line, by phone or email and endeavour to be as flexible as possible to enable a therapeutic journey that is practical and consistent. I can offer one-off, well-being (30 mins) and full (50 mins) Counselling sessions. Under certain circumstances, I can also offer home visits.
