• Qualifications & Experience

  I hold Diplomas in Advance Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills, and have CPD certificates in Hypno-gastric Band weight loss, Hypnoanalysis, Discovering and Changing Limited Beliefs.
  
  I have also undergone further training in Inner Child Therapy, and Mind and body connection for stress and trauma.
  I am fully qualified in Person Centred Therapy, Psychoanalytical Therapy, C.B.T (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Hypnotherapy.
  I hold an NVQ level 3 in childcare, Safeguarding Children level 2 and hold a DBS certificate.
  As a Registered Member of The National Counselling Society and The National Hypnotherapy Society, I abide by their strict Code of Ethics.
  I aim to offer the best possible service to my clients, so regularly attend Continuing Professional Development courses to further my knowledge and understanding.
