I have a background of working more than 30 years as a NHS doctor in Rheumatology during which time I have helped many patients with Persistent pain, Fibromyalgia and chronic conditions. I have always been interested in the connection between mind and body and the effect of stress and trauma. I aim to use short term solution focused therapy but am prepared to consider longer term therapy if appropriate. I am friendly and approachable and will listen carefully to your issues and, with your permission, guide you to find your own solutions to help you lead a more fulfilling life.
