I am an approachable and professional counsellor offering therapy sessions both online or from Heavitree, Exeter. I offer a warm non-judgmental space where we can explore together any issue you are grappling with – be it depression, anxiety, career, family problems, loss, trauma, or any other issue.

Therapy can be brief, short-term or long-term and can be arranged with individuals, couples or families. I also offer training workshops and coaching for organisations.
I am a UKBA(cert), registered with UK-SBA, a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, registered with the BACB (Behaviour Analyst Certification Board), and an Accredited member of NCS (National Counselling Society).

I have over ten years' experience working with autism and learning disabilities and have completed four years of training in Transactional Analysis, with additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, humanistic counselling skills, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, gender identity and working with couples.

In addition, I am a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, specialising in autism and learning disabilities and behaviour change.

I have worked with a wide range of clients from different backgrounds and of different ages, from 12 years old upwards.

I have completed over 20 hours of online-specific training and have on-going Cyberhealth specific supervision.

Contact me to arrange a free 30-minute no-obligation phone or video call to discuss how we can work together.

Also offering: training to organisations, businesses and schools on increasing positive outcomes, how to create environments for effective communication, staff/teacher wellbeing, child wellbeing and reducing problem behaviour.
