I am a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor and hypnotherapist based in the centre of Harrogate. My practice is just a few minutes walk from the bus and train stations in Harrogate and a couple of minutes from the Jubilee multi-storey car park. In my thirty years of practice as a therapist, I have worked in a wide variety of settings, including the voluntary sector, NHS, and private practice. Over the years, I have specialised in working with clients suffering from depression, anxiety and the after effects of trauma and have a good track record in helping people overcome these kinds of difficulty.
