*I have been working in the field of wilderness therapy with adolescent behaviour change, alongside adults over the past twelve years. I amparticularly interested in the effect that being outside can improve our self confidence, self esteem, stress, anxiety, self esteem, PTSD, other trauma, depression, eating disorders, relationships and parenting. I work both inside and outside depending on the needs of a client. Where possible we get outside into nature and appreciate this does not suit everyone.
*I have a post graduate degree in Social Anthropology, a Master Hypnotherapy and Master NLP qualification, alongside an Advanced Diploma in Pyschotherapeutic Counselling.
