My focus as a therapist is to help women be all that they can be - which can of course mean very different things to different people; but I believe we all have the potential to achieve our goals whatever they may be. I am a qualified counsellor, coach, mentor hypnotherapist and Nlp practitioner. I work with my clients to achieve a more positive way of thinking, greater self - belief and more clarity about what direction they want to take in life and what they want to accomplish for themselves. Using a blend of counselling approaches (including CBT if appropriate), coaching and hypnotherapy I have helped people successfully with confidence building, stress reduction, bereavement, relationship and family issues, relieving anxiety, low self esteem, low mood/depression, unwanted habits, fears, phobias, panic and issues associated with trauma in the past. I have also helped people with career development, interview preparation, getting back to work and those feeling 'stuck' or seeking a new direction in retirement.
