Do you feel like you have waited long enough to start feeling better?

Would you like to talk about your feelings in a safe, confidential, judgement free space?

Then you are a good way to beginning a journey that could change the quality of your life.

We all struggle at different times in our lives. This might be as a result of a sudden life event like a bereavement or due to issues that have been troubling us for many years.

As a friendly integrative therapist with a good deal of personal life experience I use different approaches to support you as we work through some of your difficulties. I have counselled clients with issues such as generalised anxiety disorder, relationship breakdown, depression, panic attacks, stress, low self esteem, grief, agoraphobia, gender dysphoria, attachment disorder, anger, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, self harm and suicidal ideation.

I have a particular interest and years of experience in Autism Spectrum Condition and can refer to your doctor for a formal assessment/diagnosis if this is something you require.

Sessions last for 50 minutes and, following the pandemic, are being conducted using Skype or Zoom.

Please email for more details or to book an initial consultation.
