I am a Criminal Justice graduate and working within the Criminal Justice System for a number of years. I have successfully studied and passed my Psychotherapeutic Counselling dipolma dealing with a range of issues such as anxiety, low self esteem, confidence issues. I have experience working with young people and adults. Therapies that I use include, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Person Centered. Mindfulness therapy is an area which I am keen to expand in.
