My name is Rosie and I provide private and confidential counselling from my practice in Rattlesden near Bury St Edmunds. I also work in a voluntary capacity as a Bereavement Counsellor within the Family Support/Adult Bereavement Team at the St Nicholas Hospice in Bury. I work face to face, online via Zoom and offer telephone counselling.
Sometimes attending Counselling for the first time can be daunting and you may feel apprehensive at the thought of sharing your thoughts, fears and challenges with a stranger.
As an integrative counsellor, I can offer you the time to talk about what worries you, or what feels too much to deal with alone when you feel there is no one else to confide in. I work at a pace that suits you, in a safe and confidential environment, where together we can explore the things that are troubling you and help you work towards healing and a happier and fulfilling life.
Whilst my work and experience covers a broad range of emotional and behavioural issues, I specialise in the area of grief and bereavement. My work within the Hospice offers me in-depth, practical experience which has broadened my understanding of the concerns and emotions experienced at this very difficult and painful stage of life.
