Integrative therapy is, I believe, the best way to tailor therapy to a client's needs. As such, I work with clients to help them overcome deep seated issues and find the best ways to move forwards. I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist and have completed additional training with Cruse in Bereavement Care. Prior to my psychotherapeutic qualifications, I volunteered with Samaritans for a period of three years and found that this provided invaluable insight into the despair and trauma that so many people experience.
