I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist. I studied at Stranmillis University College in Belfast where I gained a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills (Dip Hyp CS), a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Dip PC), an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Ad Dip PC) and an Advanced Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Ad Prof Dip PC).

I am a member of The National Hypnotherapy Society (MHS), an Accredited Member of The National Counselling Society (MNCS Accred) and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP)
I also work as a Bereavement Support Volunteer and Supervisor with CRUSE Bereavement
Issues that I work with are Anxiety, Stress, Low Self-Esteem, Lack of Confidence, Depression, Grief and much more.
