I work as an integrated therapist with a person centred approach, meaning my style is conversational and supportive of you finding your own solutions, and I can draw on a range of different therapeutic approaches. I work in a lively, hands on solution focused way , building trust through listening with empathy and compassion. I am a trained EMDR therapist- Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprogramming can be a very effective tool for processing traumatic experiences and produce rapid and lasting results.

I qualified as a counsellor in 2017 having worked in public health, commissioning services for children's emotional wellbeing, and youth justice. I am experienced in counselling adults and young people with addiction, loss, trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, self harm, suicidality, eating disorders, identity issues, relationship problems, LGBT+, low self-esteem, debt and unemployment. I welcome the opportunity to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and ethnicity, gender identity and sexual orientation.

I work in Sheffield and offer face-to-face telephone and zoom counselling.
