I am an experienced and qualified Integrative Counsellor, which means I adapt the way I work to meet the individual needs of the client. I bring warmth and insight to my therapeutic work, which enables me to engage with my clients in a safe, confidential space to explore your concerns without judgment.

Sometimes life throws different obstacles in our way. These issues can be a result of many things, trauma, bereavement, relationship difficulties, problems at work, anxiety, depression, addictions, anger issues, low self-esteem, loss of direction in life or even embarking on a new life journey such as a change in career or retirement. Any of these situations can be difficult, frightening, and stressful for an individual.
