I'm an accredited and registered counsellor with the National Counselling Society. I worked as an assistant clinical psychologist and a volunteer counsellor providing 1:1 counselling sessions and therapeutic support to clients presenting with depression, anxiety, personality/eating disorder, trauma, relationship/family problems, self-harm, low self-esteem etc.

Combining my theoretical knowledge with my practical and professional relationship with the discipline, forged through my job, trainings and CPDs, I believe I have the understanding of various therapeutic disciplines and I can demonstrate my own suitability to work with the above mentioned client groups. I am very enthusiastic and compassionate to continue making an impact in the lives of people seeking emotional, personal or psychological help.
