Hello, I’m Sabrina and I provide private and confidential counselling from my Practice just outside the market town of Harleston. I am also able to offer online sessions via a secure platform for those that wish. As well as working in private practice, I also see clients at Off The Record counselling service in Norwich.

Life can be full of ups and downs, and all too often there is little or no opportunity to take time for yourself to work through these changes and adapt…leading to problems becoming bigger and more consuming. There may be times when you are suddenly faced with your own vulnerabilities and mortality with no one who you can confide in.

As an integrative counsellor, I can offer you the time to talk about what worries you, or what feels too much to deal with alone.

I work with adults and young people on an open-ended basis with the aim of promoting positive growth, enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. I will work at a pace that suits you and provide a place where you can share what is troubling you; or we can discover together what those things are. Life is both messy and painful for everyone at times, and perhaps family or friends are just not the ones we can talk these things through with, so counselling can provide an alternative, in a safe and welcoming environment.
