My background
With experience in the past as a yoga teacher, it became clear that the passion I had to want to assist students in looking after themselves mentally and physically - practicing postures and mindfulness led me to exploring the path of counselling and hypnotherapy, I know how life presents challenges and hurdles along the way and that sometimes it can be incredibly hard to understand yourself and find relief from the mind chatter that causes suffering, hindering us from being the authentic person that we really are to simply just get on with life.

• Qualifications & Experience

  I hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills (Cert Hyp CS), AIM Awards Level 3 Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills (QCF), Chrysalis Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory (Dip CST) and Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Ad Dip Psy C)
  
  I am in regular supervision and have Professional Civil Liability Insurance.
