I am an Integrative counsellor trained in the approaches of Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Gestalt (working with blocked emotions) and Person centred (the belief that you are the expert, I facilitate the process to develop self awareness, eploration of self and working towards personal growth). I am able to work with creatively or in a more structured approach. I have experience of working with: Anxiety and depression, family and relationship difficulties, body dysmorphia and Transgender counselling, trauma, general feelings of malaise and lack of direction and bereavement counselling. I work with young people and adults.
