Together we will explore the issues that hold you back, these could be from historic events or current issues, affecting your everyday life. They may cause you to feel anxious and depressed, or you may have been drawn to counselling through feelings of low self-esteem because of bereavement or relationship/work troubles. Whatever your reasons for seeking support I will accept you unconditionally and help guide you through your journey of self-discovery and growth. I am happy to offer a range of appointment times, including some evenings and weekends, although these can involve a waiting list. In the first instance please contact me by email. I work with charities including Home Start, giving emotional and practical support to parents and carers of young children. Cruse Bereavement - as a bereavement volunteer. I am employed part time as a specialist coach in a women and children's refuge for Domestic Abuse. I have also worked in an adults drop in centre supporting adults in times of emotional crisis including substance misuse, self harm, debt, relationship problems. I currently live on the beautiful Isle of Wight. I have three grown up children, grandchildren and my constant companion Dolly the rescue dog.
