I practice primarily as a Relational and Embodied Counsellor. This means that I will pay continual attention to how we relate together, and the information this can offer. I listen not just to your words, but to your body as it expresses itself energetically. We may not always need to be seated, and I work with creative openness towards really getting as full an experience of contact as possible.
I am available for short term work, as well as longer term work. You will find your own way through therapy, and the journey will be an enriching one.
I believe humour to be a hugely important part of connecting with one another, so always work in a way which is open to laughter and welcoming of creative energy.
