Sometimes coping with life can become problematic because situations may lead us along a difficult pathway. We may try to understand our own behaviours, thoughts and emotions and those of others, but coping may not be easy. I bring together a variety of techniques to support people with a range of issues.
I offer my support to clients of all ages and I specialise in working with children and young people. I am registered with an approved adoption service. I use play, art, drama techniques and sand play, combining both talking and creative therapies. I am currently offering online and telephone ounselling support to healthcare professionals who are working in frontline clinical services.
I combine my clinical background with intuitive sense, empathy and a deep perception of client need. As a clinician, I practiced at senior level in public health within NHS and non-statutory sectors and I was formerly a consultant at the national charity, Drugscope. As a teacher, I used my sensitivity to connect with the needs of people of all ages
