I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space so that you can talk freely about what's happened in your life. I can help you to make better sense of difficult experiences and show you techniques that'll help you to manage any recurrent anxious, negative or critical thoughts and unhelpful behaviours.
By working together we can explore realistic goals or hopes and work towards these during therapy. Talking about your problems can also help lessen feelings of hopelessness and isolation and that can be helpful during times of depression, anxiety, uncertainty and sudden change.
Please call or email me to arrange an appointment. You can tell me about what's troubling you and together we can agree a plan of support that'll best suit your needs.
