I offer therapeutic Counselling in a safe, confidential setting. My clients will benefit by talking through their emotional turmoil/life's stressful events. I am a qualified trained Integrative Accredited Counsellor with the National Counselling Society and an individual member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy).

Issues such as drug/alcohol addiction, anger management, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, bullying, coping difficulties, family matters, self-confidence, self-harming, relationship issues and stress can be explored in a safe confidential manner.

• Qualifications & Experience

  I hold a BSc. (Hons) Psychology Degree, Ulster University, Fd. Degree in Therapeutic Counselling, Ulster University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling Psychology, City University London. I also have a Diploma in NLP, ( neurolinguistic programming) training in suicide prevention skills (ASIST), and City & Guilds in Drug & Alcohol Awareness and Botvin Lifeskills Training. I have a L5 diploma in Substance Misuse Theory and Interventions. I have training in Advanced Motivational Interviewing.
