I completely understand how much it takes to book that first counselling session. To start to talk about stuff that you have tried so desperately to avoid thinking about. It's scary, but it can completely change your life. It will be the most bravest and rewarding thing you have ever done for yourself. I work from my therapy room at home, which is completely separate to my house, with a separate entrance. I am an integrative counsellor, which means I follow different theories according to your needs. These are: Person-Centred, where I am guided by you: Psychodynamic; looking at your past and the impact it has on your present and CBT, which helps analyse and change your thinking patterns. All of these theories depend upon which way you choose to go and want to explore.

  Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
  Level 3 Certificate in Hypnotherapy.
