Mates in Mind

Hello and a warm welcome to my little corner of counselling. I’m glad that you found the strength to look for support.
We all know that life is challenging and throw curveballs that knock you back. In those moments, we require help navigating our personal path through it…and that’s ok. Actually, It’s better than ok, it’s absolutely normal and it makes such a difference to know you’re not alone. This, I understand completely. I have years of experience supporting children, teens and adults from all walks of life and backgrounds. I’m available for face to face at my office and also offer online and telephone counselling if that’s your preference.
So, If you’re looking for an open, friendly someone to listen to you without judgement, talk with you without telling you, laugh AND cry with you, be straightforward whilst being gentle, be supportive and engaging without being patronising, then let’s start getting you together again.

There is zero obligation. Zero commitment and zero pressure - I don’t work that way. Simply contact me for an informal chat and see how you feel.
I look forward to hearing from you,
Zita
