I am an Advanced Psychotherapeutic Integrative Counsellor, being an Integrative therapist allows me to work with many styles of counselling and I often use a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) I believe it is fundamental to support my client and treat each person individually with respect. I tailor my therapeutic values to suit individual clients and I believe in any start of therapy needs a sound rapport, which supports the initial and ongoing therapy, which in turn helps towards a positive outcome for clients.
