I offer online counselling via zoom. Online counselling is safe, secure and convenient and takes place in the comfort of your own home, while I will be in my place of work. I offer a non-judgemental, confidential and safe space for clients to be heard and to be able to discuss their issue/s.

I specialise in assisting people to identify and achieve their personal goals. I work mostly with clients who experience anxiety disorders and other issues related to their anxiety such as, addiction, low self-esteem, depression, trauma and so on.
