I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I work from a person centred base with an integrative style. I am also a qualified relationship counsellor and completed my training with Relate. I can offer a 16-20 week intensive treatment using IPT, which is especially effective with bereavement and depression helping with adjustment to change e.g: changes to family structure redundancy etc
I am a qualified supervisor working from the Hawkins and Shohet model.
