Mates in Mind

As an integrative counsellor I am able to use whichever approach best suits each client, from Hypnotherapy, CBT and NLP to psychodynamic and transactional analysis. I provide a safe, friendly persona centred space to explore any issue you may wish to discuss. I can help you through life's various ups, downs and sideways bends with a grounded holistic approach and a good sense of humour.

I worked as a Family Solicitor for almost 20 years before retraining as a counsellor, so have lots of experience of family and relationship conflicts. I am also a Cruse Bereavement Volunteer, working with those who have suffered a loss of any kind. I am a Mental Health First Aider and work to promote good mental health in the workplace
