Whatever your reason for coming to counselling, I aim to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space, where you can feel fully supported as you explore, discover and transform.
Before qualifying as a counsellor I worked within Social Services providing support for young people who had been excluded from the mainstream educational system, and also as a support worker to families where children had been taken into foster care.
As a counsellor I have gained a wealth of experience working within the charitable sector with a diverse client base ranging in age from 13-80 years old, bringing many different issues to the counselling room.
As an Integrative therapist I can draw upon the wisdom of a number of different counselling modalities to help you work through whatever you bring to the counselling space. I believe you should always lead and be at the centre of your own counselling experience, so we will talk through approaches we could take, and we can modify them together to produce therapy that feels helpful for you.
