I offer a warm safe and welcoming environment where we can discuss the goals of therapy. I use the person centred model which is client led. However, I will introduce elements of other humanistic and psychodynamic models along with my batural creative ability if I feel clients would benefit from this approach.
I believe using the above therapies individually or combined can facilitate in assisting clients to overcome and manage life’s difficulties enabling them to reach their goals.
Although I work with a broad range of clients over the board, I have found myself having a special interest in men’s mental health.
I have regular supervision with a world class lady to ensure I am working to a high standard and to receive personal support should I need it, because I am human too.
I am an accredited member of the NCS and working towards membership with BACP. I have liability insurance and a rolling DBS. I work within today’s Covid guidelines ensuring the safest enviroment I can for my clients.

I experienced covid for myself in March for months I was left with debilitating neurological issues and horrific fatigue .I Now have a personal understanding of how covid can impact upon people’s lives. I’m thankful to have fully recovered .

Many thanks for reading , stay safe and warmest wishes Julie
