I am experienced in working with both teenagers and adults experiencing anxiety, depression and I have also specialised in bereavement counselling. I provide an environment tailored to suit each individuals needs, using a Humanistic Integrative approach to empower my clients to overcome barriers to growth and move forward to enjoy a more fulfilling of life experience.
