As a Person Centred, Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist, I incorporate within my approach alternative, accessible & preventative therapeutic styles & tools that have proven to be of great benefit to the overall mental health & wellbeing of clients I have had the privilege of supporting within their journey of healing.

My methodology combines a range of effective approaches including education & empowerment by developing an emotional understanding & acceptance of self. My approach to therapy also greatly encourages self-love, confidence, care, resilience & reliance.

My training & development includes working specifically with those suffering from a range of Anxieties, Depression, Bereavement, Traumatic life changes & Sexual Violence.

Upon finding your way here means that you have taken a great first step in seeking support, which I appreciate takes a lot of courage to do. I strongly believe that given the right space, time, tools and support it is possible for change to happen, that can have a longstanding positive impact.

I provide an accessible telephone or online space that facilitates safety and rapport so that any client I interact with feels secure and able to use the preferred space to its full advantage.

Support looks different for everyone; I wonder what support might look like for you? If you feel like this might be something you would like to discuss further, please do not hesitate to contact me either by telephone or email at: lucy.sscounselling@outlook.com where we can take the time to discuss how I may be able to support you. Please feel free to visit my website: www.sweetsoulcounselling.co.uk where you can access further information you may also find helpful.

I welcome you to share a safe & open space, wherever you may be in your own journey of healing.
