I work one-to-one with adults and adolescents (age 13+) on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling all clients, irrespective of their individual circumstances, to enhance their lives - and to live them more fully.
During each session, I will walk alongside you as you explore your reasons for seeking counselling, helping you to discover healthier ways of being as you work towards a more fulfilled and contented life.
