Accredited, integrative psychotherapist based in Glasgow City Centre. As a psychology graduate; a clinical understanding of the mind and human behaviour is the foundation of therapeutic work I undertake with clients. By adopting a pluralistic approach, I am able to adapt to each individual and their goals for therapy in a way that is truly client centred

I have extensive professional experience working with a wide variety of people and diverse range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, addiction and bereavement; however will always tailor my approach to your unique personal circumstances

Working with an existentially informed person centred framework, I am primarily interested in understanding you as a human being, allowing you the time and space to explore the issues that are important to you. A spirit of collaboration is fundamental to my approach, utilising psychodynamic theory or other interventions only when this is appropriate to you

I only offer in person therapy in a convenient, comfortable and professional Glasgow city centre venue; sessions can be arranged in a flexible manner that works for you.
