I am an integrative psychotherapist, supervisor, hypnotherapist and EMDR therapist. I specialise in treating trauma and have over ten years experience working with bereavement and loss. Chrysalis trained therapists are welcome for supervision. As a Mental Health First Aid instructor I am committed to reducing the stigma attached to mental ill health and promoting compassion and understanding in the workplace and wider community. Appointments are available in the early evening and weekends in Bitterne, Southampton.
