I am a fully accredited counsellor (National Counselling Society) with extensive experience using an Integrative approach. In addition to counselling, I have previous experience in training, mentoring women, working with teenagers, addiction, HIV positive diagnoses, Women's Aid clients, staff development and appraisal and team building.
I practice both in Synergy Healthcare and in my home; allowing the client a choice of environments to best suit their needs. Both venues are discreet and confidential and I can normally offer clients their first session within a few days.
I can help you address concerns with a wide range of issues including e.g. Stress (work-related or personal); depression; low self esteem; PTSD; addiction; anxiety; relationship issues; grief; trauma; anger management; suicidal ideation, sexual orientation etc.
