My name is Charlotte and I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor specialising in person-centred therapy. My aim, as a counsellor, is to help clients to better understand themselves so that pre-existing barriers to personal growth can be explored and overcome.

My passion is to offer effective counselling for children and young adults, by providing a safe and calm environment. I want to enable clients to talk honestly and openly, about the difficulties they are having with a non-judgemental and understanding therapist.

I have over 18 years of experience working in a range of emotional and supportive roles within educational settings. I now have my own private practice.

I am able to help clients with a variety of needs and from a diverse range of backgrounds and age groups.
I have a natural ability to empower clients to feel at ease which helps to encourage honesty and openness.
