I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, loss through change of circumstances and bereavement, unwanted thoughts or behaviours, depression, relationship problems, or those who simply feel 'stuck' in their circumstances. I am familiar with issues related to work stress and other professional challenges. My approach is to explore the root causes of issues in the context of a supportive relationship. I am committed to giving each person I see, a thoughtful and professional experience of therapy within a non-judgemental confidential and trusting environment.
