I am an experienced accredited Counselling Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Coach based just off junction 30 near Exeter. I have many years experience working with trauma, anxiety, tourettes, military, boarding school survivors, and general life challeges to name a few. I work with people from all over the country via Zomm/Teams.
I teach counselling and supervision and can offer bespoke training, skills work and practice sessions for trainees.
I offer Creative Interventions, DBR, EMDR, Somatic Release, along side traditional talking therapies. I have trained in many modalities and together we can work out what is best for you.
