I offer a counselling and psychotherapy service that is confidential, empathetic and non- judgemental in a therapeutic safe space. To be listened to and heard, by providing you emotional support. With proven experience delivering client - centred support, that explores and works through issues that are holding you back. In order for you to make informed decisions about your concerns and issues. As a means to understand, express your feelings and emotions, to cope better with the problems you are facing.

I also work with cultural issues if appropriate. To help you understand how conflicts or misunderstandings may have caused your current concerns. To bring you to a point of understanding, acceptance and self - worth.

Right now you may be feeling; anxious, stressed, lonely, frustrated, bored, worried, depressed, angry, confused, overwhelmed or lost. Caused or triggered by a loss of job, a relationship breakdown, or other life -changing situations. Where you feel you are going through a difficult time in your life. You have made the right choice and taken a brave step to get help. To get a resolve, understanding, to heal, to be free and for something to change in your life. I am here to help and support YOU.
