I want to empower you to understand and find your own controls within your experiences. This may mean acknowledgement of uncomfortable feelings and emotions, or acceptance of limitations, but will also help you understand your own strength, courage and control.
I am not here to assess whether your issues are big or small, I offer a space for you to explore and work on what is important to you. I provide a calming presence and a way of working that helps facilitate how you understand what you are going through.
