I have been working for the NHS for over 15 years in various psychological roles. My main psychotherapeutic stance is IPT and CBT from a person centred perspective following training with Samaritans, Bereavement Care and a MSc in Psychological Therapy. I also draw from clinical psychology training and experience working with clients with acquired brain injury, older adults, learning disabilities as well as in adult mental health settings.
