As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, I help provide clients with the support, time and space to explore difficult life issues. Whether these difficulties are related to a recent bereavement, anxiety, depression, negative thoughts, post-traumatic stress, abuse or trauma, and many more, I can offer a safe and confidential space to listen with compassion, empathy, and without judgement.

Working as an integrative therapist, I work with various theoretical models which are personally tailored to suit each individual client, exploring challenging thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Drawing on a variety of techniques and tools, my goal is to help you discover new ways of developing your strengths and self - awareness , enabling you to move forward with empowerment, self compassion and acceptance. I work with individual adults and adolescents face to face, via telephone and the internet.
