I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy, couples counselling and mediation in the heart of Surbiton. I am easily accessible from all areas of Surrey via train and local bus services. I am an experienced, qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and an Accredited Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy), the leading professional body for counselling and psychotherapy.
I have daytime, evening and weekend appointments available in central Surbiton, Surrey. My office is located next to Surbiton station.
My Qualifications and Approach
I have a MA Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice, along with a BA(Hons) Degree in Integrative Relational Counselling which means I focus on using the therapeutic relationship to help you explore your concerns and issues. My approach is tailored to suit your unique and individual needs, I use a variety of tools drawn from different therapeutic models including Psychotherapy, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness.

My Experience
I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist who has worked for several years with adults in a wide range of settings including the NHS in a busy GP practice (rated excellent by a recent QCS audit). I have also worked for several years and continue to work as a counsellor with ASCA an addiction service charity. I am also a group therapy facilitator for ASCA.
My commitment is to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I am an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I work with clients who are facing a variety of emotional difficulties and issues.
