I offer short and long term support with many issues including feeling sad, generalised anxiety disorder and depression, the effects of past and recent traumas, phobias, panic attacks, family issues and many more.

I am 52 with a family and love the outdoors and animals.  I have previously worked in education and farming and I offer therapy to adults, teenagers and children 11+
