I specialise in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), a form of CBT, along side other integrative therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy. The framework my approach is built on is REBT, yet as each of us are different, I integrate the other therapies to suit individual needs.
